Online (Zoom) and telephone appointments available
It's great news that we can all now do more of the things we used to do before the lockdown in March. However, it is still too soon to return to face-to-face sessions; they would currently involve masks and a protective screen, and also the potential of being ended soon after beginning while things are still 'uncertain'. This is a situation I continue to monitor, whilst tracking guidance from the UK government, the World Health Organisation, and the BACP. As soon as I can keep both my clients and myself safe enough from Covid, I will offer in-person sessions again, as well as the current option of Zoom.
It is more important than ever to take care of our mental health.
Social distancing means only physical distancing. We can still connect person-to-person using online video calling.
