A supportive space to reflect, develop and grow

With a Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision and over fourteen years of experience as a practising counsellor, I offer clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and practitioners working across a range of helping professions.

Whether you're a trainee or an experienced practitioner, working in an agency or private practice, I aim to provide a safe, supportive and collaborative space where you can reflect on your work, explore challenges and continue to develop your professional practice.

My approach to supervision

I use the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision to help explore different aspects of the therapeutic relationship and the work you bring to supervision. I work with practitioners from a range of therapeutic modalities and adapt my approach to your individual needs, experience and way of working.

I believe good supervision should provide both support and challenge. It's a space where you can bring difficult cases, uncertainty, questions or concerns about your practice and explore them openly, without judgement.

My aim is to help you develop your confidence, deepen your self-awareness and strengthen your practice, while ensuring that ethical and professional responsibilities remain at the heart of our work together.

Supervision for helping professionals

My supervision work extends beyond counselling and psychotherapy to practitioners working in other helping and support roles.

Fees

Individual supervision
£75 for the first hour, then £20 for each additional 30 minutes.

Group supervision
Group supervision rates are agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of the group and your requirements.
