I am a qualified and registered Therapeutic Counsellor with experience in working with a broad range of client issues. I work one-to-one and with couples for short-term or long-term therapy. Day and evening appointments are available.
My private practice in Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 is based in a beautiful garden room that provides a comfortable and private space in which to meet. It's just a few minutes from the town centre, and has off-road parking and full accessibility.
My expertise is in ‘Person Centred’, which is one of the most common and popular approaches to counselling. It puts you, the client, in the 'driving seat' of the work we do. I won't tell you what to talk about, or seek to judge your actions or feelings. Instead, I will support you in exploring your concerns at a pace and a depth that feels safe. Together we can work to understand how you really feel about the things that matter most, and what changes are possible.
